There is so much talk about how it's important for women to keep their weight down and exercise in order to stay healthy and live a long life. My mom's generation wasn't really encouraged to have strong bodies, and now I see how osteoporosis, high blood pressure, and cholesterol can kick in which leaves me motivated to stay healthy.
Not only does exercise help us maintain a healthy weight, strengthen our hearts and lungs, and prevent chronic pain, but it also makes us feel good about ourselves.
