Add This to Your Bath So the holidays might be officially over, but that doesn't mean your stress has magically diminished. It takes me a while to get over all the running around, and I find that I'm still tense and have a million things on my mind. An easy way to relieve some of that extra baggage is to soak in a nice hot bath.
