My birthday party is this Saturday night and so far, I've received only one RSVP! I sent over 40 homemade, snail-mail invitations and find it hard to believe that almost no one has called to tell me if they are or are not coming.
Am I too old-fashioned?

It makes perfect sense to wear lace-up booties in the Winter; it's aberrant in the beginnings of Summer. It's no secret global warming is in full effect and it's throwing off designers and retailers alike. As for us shoppers, I say, the more we can wear our favorite things, the better.

Kate Moss and friends — Sienna Miller and hairdresser James Brown — visited the Make Today Count Auction at the Cancer Research UK shop. Kate outshone Sienna in her black blazer and YSL ostrich downtown tote. I've grown tired of the Wayfarer sunnies, but I do like the shorts-over-tights look.
