38 percent of you have already
broken your New Year's resolutions. Even if you've made a slip up or two, that doesn't mean you should give up. Since you've shared some of the things you want to
try this year, here are some tips on how to stick to your 2008 goals.

I'm not a huge fan of New Year's resolutions that make you feel like you're a horrible person or that you've done something wrong if you don't follow through. I'm more into resolutions that are positive and inspire you to be a better you rather than "I will stop eating sweets," or "I will try to be more
organized." My New Year's resolutions always start out with this: "This year I will try x, y, and z."

It's only Jan. 2 — in other words, just two days into your 2008 New Year's resolution. Whether you promised to work out religiously, quit smoking, or be nicer to your parents, ladies let's be honest here: Have you already broken
your New Year's resolution? I haven't!

If you love to make
New Year's Resolutions at the beginning of each year, why not make them seem more real and permanent by writing them down? You can write down your ambitions and dreams and make a to do list for the year. As you accomplish each goal, you can reflect about your experiences in your journal.
Since I've finally followed through with my standing
New Year's resolution, I have to come up with a new one this year! I always try to pick something that I know I can actually accomplish, but I have yet to make my decision for 2007. I need some ideas, so ladies, what about you?

Despite your new year's resolution to get fit, have you already skipped a few days at the gym? You're not alone.
Maybe you just need to be more conscious of what it really takes to internalize and make a change in your habits.

I'm happy to see that many of you shouted out your New Year's Resolutions for all to hear in
