McCain-Palin Keep Using "Barracuda" Despite Band's Objection The rock band "Heart" may have asked John McCain and Sarah Palin stop playing their song "Barracuda" at their rallies, but the campaign is apparently paying no heed. The track — played at the Republican National Convention in honor of the Vice Presidential nominee, who earned the nickname "Sarah Barracuda" playing high school basketball in Alaska — was pumped through the streets of Lebanon, Ohio on Tuesday morning at an outdoor rally before the GOP ticket showed up.

I know you like to kiss and make out because it's an expression of how much you care about someone (and it feels good too!), but getting intimate can also be good for your heart and your health. I wouldn't equate it with going for a run, but things you do with your partner are definitely considered exercise. Remember that anything that uses your muscles or burns calories makes you strong and keeps your weight down, but intimacy is also good for your cardiovascular system because it gets your heart pumping.

You can never go wrong with a well-designed gocco print card, tagged with a catch phrase or a classic pun. That's why the
Paper Wren You Float My Boat Card ($3.50) is just my style. I'm loving the somewhat retro teal anchors and ships; they've got me mouthing "Ahoy There"!

Here's a hypothetical situation: You've been with your man for seven years and have celebrated
your anniversaries in all sorts of crazy ways. The year's plans are to hit up a new restaurant in town and indulge in some
yummy food. Since you have been together long enough, you don't need really to stress much about what you'll wear.

Now, I'm a sucker for
kittens of all kinds, and this wee little precious is no exception. I don't want to ruin it for you, but do you remember
Valentine the piglet or that
cutie pie Chihuahua? This kitty joins their ranks .

Many of you have been trained in
CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation), so I thought you would be interested in this new approach to the technique. Now emergency medical workers may be using a
new approach to CPR called MICR. It stands for "minimally interrupted cardiac resuscitation" and it focuses on increasing blood flow to the heart and brain.

Since it's
Love Shack month, and since I've been
yearning for a cozy throw as of late, I think this
Silvretta Heart Throw ($72, reduced from $85) is an ideal steal. Designed by David Fussenegger, in red and pink, this cotton throw is marked by clashing but cozy colors. The perfect way to chastely bring a little love to the living room.

For that matter, your
Love Shack is where you find it as well. For this little fellow, it's in the middle of this gorgeously heart-shaped leaf. Valentine's Day may be over, but that doesn't mean that the love has to end.

First there was Heart-kun,
a Chihuahua puppy born with a heart shaped marker on his coat and then there was Valentine,
a piglet with unique heart markings that was born in the UK. Which one is cuter? You decide?
