Although it seems like a national holiday, Ski Week is really only experienced regionally and by school district. The week following President's Day, many schools have off so folks can go to the slopes. It is really big where I live now, but I never heard of it as a kid (maybe this is why I didn't start skiing until my late 20's).

I have noticed that I often feel kind of dehydrated and groggy on Sunday. I know it's not due to late night partying (that is really rare in my life these days) or from drinking too much coffee (I drink less java on the weekends than I do during the week). I think it's because I don't take care of myself on the weekends.
