We all have different workout styles. One area where that difference can be extreme is competition. Some folks are competitive and are always trying to be faster, lift more, or out-skill their friends, workout buddies, or
strangers at the gym.
Although Spring 2009 London Fashion Week has come and gone,
BellaSugarUK and I have a few goodies to share with you from our fun-filled week of shows in September.
Everyone who attends the exhibition gets a hot pink shopper, and we've scored an extra one for you! Plus, we've filled it with fashion week related items to make it all the more exciting.

If you missed out on entering the
Worldwide Fido Awards over the Summer, have no fear – there is a new contest hitting the airwaves, and this time it's on the
Today Show.
The
Best in Show Contest will pit one "adorable trick" against another to win a three-night grand prize trip to Denver, and a photo shoot in US Weekly.
To enter, all you have to do is submit a video of your pet's best and most amazing trick online, or mail it in postmarked by November 6 to the Today Show.

Job security isn't what it was a few months ago, and for some, even talking about work hits a major nerve. I'm not in the same industry as most of my girlfriends, but when I listen to the ones who are in the same field talk about their careers, you can cut the tension with a knife. It's almost like they're competing; everything from whose company is doing better to where their Christmas party will be this year.

Monday night's episode of
Gossip Girl was filled with the usual hijinks as best friends Serena and Blair found themselves competing for an opportunity to make it into Yale. But their particular method of competition involved consciously humiliating the other and trying to make each other look bad — not exactly friendly, to say the least.
Admittedly, their drama was over the top in true Gossip Girl fashion, but still, the idea of sacrificing a friendship for a personal opportunity lingered with me.

We are excited to announce the winner of the Mischa Barton handbag! The lucky Sugar reader who has been randomly selected to win the
gorgeous handbag is
theundersigned. Congratulations! We hope you love the bag as much as we do.

Dear Sugar,
I have a sister-in-law who I've been having a hard time dealing with lately. We used to be a lot closer, but over the past two years we have grown apart. My husband's family decided to buy two hair salons, one of which my sister-in-law was employed at.

Our youngest office pet, Samson,
is in the running for the Worldwide Fido Awards (he's in the "cutest" category, naturally) and his mom has been proudly sending
his adoro home video around to all her friends and family.
Clearly, just being nominated is an honor, but we all sincerely hope he will win and beat out the pretty fierce (and adorable!) competitors to become a world-famous pup.
In the mean time, we're keeping our fingers and paws crossed.

Even though I'm the oldest in my family, I've still fallen victim to sibling rivalry. And while my brother and I are very different, it's that competition that often times pushes us to reach our goals, whatever they may be. Yes, rivalry has a down side too, but tell me, where do you stand on the matter?

Late last month Mischa Barton
launched her handbag line in the UK. She should know a thing or two about the key accessory as she is rarely seen without one.
The price range for the collection can be quite high but fear not as we're giving one away to a UK TeamSugar member! The
Embossed Leather Vintage Bag (£150) pictured here is a favourite from the line and is made from 100% leather.
