
We all have those days when we
feel a little down and out. It's totally normal to wake up on the wrong side of the bed every once in a while, but it's key not to let the blues get the best of you, although that's often easier said than done! When I need a quick fix, buying something new always turns my day around.

Don't snooze your alarm clock. In my opinion, snoozing makes you lazy for the rest of the day.
