Has Exercise Enhanced Your Sex Life?

There is so much talk about how it's important for women to keep their weight down and exercise in order to stay healthy and live a long life. My mom's generation wasn't really encouraged to have strong bodies, and now I see how osteoporosis, high blood pressure, and cholesterol can kick in which leaves me motivated to stay healthy.

Not only does exercise help us maintain a healthy weight, strengthen our hearts and lungs, and prevent chronic pain, but it also makes us feel good about ourselves. When I go to the gym and sweat for thirty minutes I am left with such a high afterwards that it keeps me wanting to come back for more.

When you feel good about yourself and confident in your own skin, it can't help but affect your relationships and your sex life. It makes me feel confident baring it all in front of someone I love.

So weather you're a bendy yoga guru or an avid runner, I want to know, has exercising enhanced your time in the bedroom? Does it make you too tired to get it on or does it give you more energy?

My mom was a HUGE exercise freak when she was younger, and she still has severely high blood pressure.
She used to figure skate nationally so she lifted weights, ran, streched, EVERYTHING.

But yes, I do think excersigin has made me stonger and last longer in the sack Smiling Plus I feel sexier and leave the lights on and I'm not scared what my belly looks like when I'm riding him!

Definitely. For me Exercize is about making me feel good about myself and obviously the better you feel about yourself the better all aspects of your life will be. Plus stamina and good flexibility combined with self confidence - lethal.

A few years ago I used to weigh about 30 lbs more than I do right now, and I feel so much better about myself from working out all the time. I was always so self-conscious about my weight and it made me really shy around guys.

I strted doing yoga and became really strong inside and out. I actually met my fiance at my Yoga studio a few years ago, so it's great that we're both into being healthy and exercising.

    It hasn't enhanced mine!

My boyfriend comes with me to the gym and when we get back I'm all up for it and he's exhausted from his workout.

    =P

hmm...I work out with my bf almost everyday at the gym. It definitely helps us BOTH feel more confident in ourselves and our bodies. And I know I feel good about my body~ I know I look fit. I'm not sure what it's done specifically for the bedroom but it makes me feel more confident when I'm naked, and that works for me Eye-wink

(and I always think my bf is sexy no matter so he doesn't have to worry! he thinks he's not in shape one week cuz he was lazy at the gym or ate a lil bit too much dinner and has a little food belly showing or whatever the case he comes up with, I see muscles and toned arms and yummy adonis lines...hahahah he has nothing to worry about...=D)

When I was dancing every day and performing every weekend, I was often too tired for sex. I'm still in good shape, but now I have more energy in the evenings!

It definitely improves stamina, so yes!!

I have been on and off with exercising over the years. Not currently doing much now but when I was, there was a noticable difference in how much energy I had.
