I dont think I could! Dont get me wrong, my boy is my best friend but I am serious about my professional life, I dont like to mix the two at all! Plus its fun to come home to each other and compare notes on our different work days..I love being with him, but enjoy not being together every second of the day..that would drive me slightly insane.

i've actually worked with my FI at 2 different places...although we weren't involved at the first place...but at the second...we commuted together and ate lunch together, and i LOVED it!! now we don't work together, and i feel we see each other a lot less!

im working with mine right now... we were like best friends before we started dating (met at work) and its alright so far, but i dont think we could do it forever... so we are both looking for a new jobs.

I do this now. I work with my boyfriend and live with him. We actually met at work. I work in the office and he is a mechanic. I wouldn't change this arrangement for anything. we share EVERYTHING! And what is even more strange is we have the same birthday.

I don't think I could do that! I think having a SO in my workplace would just make me nervous, so I wouldn't be able to do my job to my full potential.

My parents met at their job. They worked together kinda. They worked at different hospitals...well, its just a long story. It kinda made them closer because then they could gossip or help each other with their jobs and visit. They love doing things like that. Even now that they don't work together they still know what each other talks about when they talk about their jobs. It is cute!

I work with my husband now, so we commute together and eat lunch together, but we rarely cross paths during the work day. We still get to fill each other in on how our day went and get an extra hour a day together on the ride to and from work. However, my in laws own a small business and are always with each other. They are always angry and usually fighting. I don't think I could spend all day with the same person everyday.

Same building, different departments. And yes, the lunch dates are amazing.
