I'm not married yet but I've never been a lingerie girl. So I probably won't buy anything. If I do, it'll just be one set, very simple.

I bought a white one for the wedding night and a black nightie when we went out of town. I'm not really a lingire person for myself but the husband likes it sometimes and I find myself wanting to get it for him on special occasions. What's really funny is that the thing he likes the most is a little night shirt I have that is just like cotton jersey and it says I'm not sleepy. He thinks it's so sexy

My bridesmaids took care of me!! I got like 10 sets of lingerie, plus my cousin sews well so she got a cute little white pair and sewed a veil on the behind! It was cute It was exciting.

Side note - funny story: two of my bridesmaids went and bought a ton of lingerie a day or two before my wedding. Everyone was staying at my parents' house since they were from out of town. When they got back one of the girls was going through the bag I guess showing her husband what all they bought and my dad walked in the room and thought she had bought stuff for herself and was showing her hubby so he was like "Oh, uh, sorry - " and walked out. She was like "No no no, that's not for me, it's for Elizabeth. Wait - that didn't make it any better..."

She told me about it later and I thought it was hilarious. Poor daddy!

My MOH gave me something to wear under my wedding dress- which I actually wore again on our first anniversary, and then I bought 2 silk nightgowns, a lavender one and a black one- its hard for me to find things that fit bc Im tall- so those little nighties at VS and places like that look weird on me bc they are obviously not cut for someone as tall as I am. I liked the ones I found bc they are longer and silk, not synthetic- took a lot of looking to find something I liked though

I have bought I few pieces and expect more from my "personal" shower!

I brought along lingerie my hubby already liked but did buy a new bikini since we were at over the water bungalows.

I was thinking I'd be spending most of the honeymoon naked so why bother with buying new lingerie?

i bought one piece for my wedding night. we still haven't taking a honeymoon so when we do I'll pick up some more.

I'm single but I'm sure i'll buy something special for the occasion.

I got a lot of fun lingerie at my bachelorette party, plus I already had quite a bit (it's fun!) annnnd I bought even more. Lucky dude
