I don't have sisters, so I may be missing something huge here, but I would never forgive betrayal. Sure, I may get old, and I might decide to let old bygones be bygones, but I will always remember what she did and never trust her, again. If I can't trust someone, and I dislike their company, then I would just avoid them.

My sister and I do not really get a long that well. She has betrayed my trust many times growing up so I do not trust her with anything because of her big mouth and selfishness.

My sister and I are best friends. Even if she did betray me, I would probably find someway (somehow) to forgive her. She would have had to have done something really REALLY bad for me not to forgive her.

My sister has never betrayed me or done anything to hurt me, and vice versa. We're extrememly close and a lot alike...I think our bond is strong enough that we could survive any kind of conflict.

three strikes and you're out. that's why we don't talk anymore. you sell me up the river once, fine, you sell me up the river twice, I'm watching you, you sell me up the river thrice, you can drown on your own.

I LOVED this movie. What class. With all the costumed historic setting and all, it could easily have been overdone. But no. Everything else is understated to give room to brilliant acting by Natalie and Scarlett in particular.

OT: I could never forgive the 'conscious' kind of betrayal like Anne Boleyn was guilty of in this movie; she knew what she wanted and had no qualms about hurting her sister to get it. Now if a sister did something like that through weakness and or through some mad rage, I could forgive.

Though I'm pretty sure my baby sister (only sister) would never do anything like that Smiling
