I know very few women who don't enjoy a good spa day; personally, I would never pass up a massage or a facial. Taking a few hours to relax can be a necessary part of staying centered, and simple physical contact is vital for remaining connected to one's self and to others. And as we're always saying, it's good for your physical and emotional health, too. Don't think of it as an indulgence; think of it as healthcare.
